HeartMath Coherence Overview clip Dr Rollin McCraty Phd

This screen shot was taken by myself to demonstrate how variable and incoherent our heart patterns can be at times (early part of graph). The early peak was attributed to a participant briefly thinking and focusing on a challenging experience (watch what you think !).

The coherence technique was introduced and you can notice that the heart pattern started becoming more rhythmic, sinusoidal and coherent.
